Business Radar’s compliance solution provides access to over a thousand sanction lists, covering politically exposed persons (PEPs), ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), ownership structures, adverse media, and enforcements related to entities you wish to monitor.

Step 1: Search for a Company

  1. Log into Business Radar and find the company you want to scan via the search bar or Companies tab.

  2. Select the company to open its details page, then click on Compliance in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Review Company Details

  • View subsidiaries, UBOs, board members, ownership details, and additional director information from Dun & Bradstreet or the company’s website.

  • Add extra people for screening with Add Manual Entity.

Step 3: Run a Compliance Screening

  1. Choose Include All or manually select entities to screen.

  2. Click Start Screening. A progress bar now indicates real-time progress through the screening, providing visibility into how far along the scan is.

Step 4: Review and Address Risks

  • Risks display by category: compliance, country, activity, PEP, sanctions, and adverse media, with icons indicating risk types (e.g., shield for enforcements).

  • Click icons for detailed risk data, then confirm, flag as false positive, or discard each item to adjust risk scores and compliance indicators.

Step 5: Save and Share Results

  • Use Binders to organize and share results. Prior screenings by team members are visible for context.

  • Request an audit trail if required for compliance records. It will be sent to you via email.

With Business Radar, compliance monitoring is streamlined, ensuring you stay updated on regulatory information efficiently.
